Our counselors offer a variety of approaches to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through our Lancaster, Hershey, and PA Online teams.   Just ask us to explain.

Our specialties include anxiety/depression, caregiver stress, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, infertility counseling, teens, life transitions, twenty-Somethings, online therapy, LGBQTIA+, relationships, and body image issues.
