Joanna Rousset is a Customer Success Manager at MoveWORK since January 2023, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction and optimal user experience on the platform. As an independent graphic designer at Hoheyrst since November 2022, Joanna creates custom illustrations, icons, and motion designs for various marketing projects. Previous experience includes roles as a COE Specialist at Uber, providing driver support and investigation services, and as a Marketing Assistance Specialist at Facebook, delivering multi-channel operational and technical support. Joanna has also worked as a blog author for Yeho Life, a travel sales consultant at Selectour Voyages Girardot, and held various customer-facing positions in the hospitality and travel sectors. Joanna holds a BTS in Tourism from Notre Dame F. Ozanam Macon, obtained between 2016 and 2018.
