Tina Wig is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing recruiting teams across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Moveworks, Tina oversees talent acquisition, management, and development, with a strong emphasis on hands-on recruiting strategies. Previously, at 10x Genomics, Tina successfully built a global recruiting team and led efforts across multiple departments, scaling the team significantly. Earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at Facebook, Box, and Dell, where Tina demonstrated expertise in engineering recruitment and team mentorship, and a focus on strategic hiring practices. Tina began a career in technical recruiting in 2001 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Panjab University.
