Jim Breheny

Jim Breheny serves as General Counsel at MPOWER Financing, overseeing all legal and regulatory matters while advising the CEO, senior management, and the Board. Breheny is also a member of the Board of Directors at Infrascale, specializing in Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS). Previously, Breheny held the role of General Counsel at Route 66 Ventures, LLC, managing legal and compliance issues for a private investment platform, and served on the Board of Directors for Goal Financial, a student loan services company. Additional experience includes Associate General Counsel at Goal Structured Solutions, Inc., a litigation consultant, and Senior Associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, focusing on investment banking documentation and regulatory research. Breheny obtained a JD from Fordham University School of Law and has international educational experience from the University of Amsterdam.
