Steffanie Sanders currently serves as a Strategic Business Advisor at MPowered Capital, where responsibilities include leading pre-fund launch activities and maximizing ROI on the partnership with Värde Partners. With nearly 28 years at Värde Partners, Steffanie held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director of Global Head of Legal Operations and Global Head of Investor Services & Operational Due Diligence, along with various senior positions such as Chief of Staff and US Interim CFO. Additionally, Steffanie co-owned and operated Roets Jordan Brewery for a decade, achieving multiple accolades for excellence in brewing. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Senior at KPMG, specializing in the financial services sector. Steffanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School.
