Jessica Chapman

Jessica Chapman is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in professional services and application development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Professional Services at mPulse since January 2023, Jessica previously held the position of Sr. Director of IT Application Development at Strategic Education, Inc. from September 2018 to December 2022. During this tenure, Jessica played a key role in the digital transformation initiatives related to the multi-million dollar acquisitions of Strayer University and Capella University, driving significant advancements in IT and business operations. Prior experience includes leading application development at Capella University, where notable achievements included the redesign of mobile apps and the development of a proprietary curriculum authoring platform. Earlier in the career, Jessica worked at Wells Fargo - Institutional Investments as a Business and Systems Consultant. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Capella University and the College of St. Catherine.
