Kathryn Helmke

Kathryn Helmke has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving in a semi-retired capacity at MRA - The Management Association since December 2016 after retiring from a role as HR Government Affairs Director. Prior to this, Kathryn held significant positions including Director of Human Resources at AmeriPride Services and Vice President of Sales & Service for National Accounts at Aetna. Kathryn also held various senior management roles at the ELCA Board of Pensions over a 23-year period. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
