Michelle Hyde

Michelle Hyde, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Learning and Development Instructor and Interim Executive Director at MRA - The Management Association since March 2020. Previous experience includes consulting on Global Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement at Kohler Co. and co-leading the LGBT Market strategy at Northwestern Mutual. Additional roles encompass leadership positions in development and alumni relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Eastern Illinois University, and Saint Louis University, as well as event management at the Alzheimer's Association®. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Learning and Integrative Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Bradley University, supplemented by a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
