Mitch Thomas

Mitch Thomas serves as the Executive Director of MRA - The Management Association since November 2022, leading one of the largest nonprofit employer associations in the nation that supports over 4,000 employers and more than one million employees globally through HR services and workforce development. Prior to MRA, Mitch was the Campus Executive Director at West Coast University from May 2017 to August 2021, focusing on healthcare education. Mitch also held various leadership roles at Ashford University, including Vice President for the Denver and Iowa Online Centers, where responsibilities encompassed start-up projects and operational management of significant staff and student support. Additionally, Mitch functioned as the Chief Operating Officer at IBMC College and has extensive leadership experience across the higher education sector dating back to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organization Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University.
