Tips Matale

Tips Matale is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in strategic management and sales. Currently serving as a Board Member at MRI Botswana Ltd. since October 2019 and as Managing Director of WaterPro Botswana since July 2012, Tips is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plans. Previously, Tips held the position of Sales Manager at Air Botswana from August 2009 to July 2012, where the focus was on creating efficient sales systems to enhance customer satisfaction. Tips holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Commerce from the University of Botswana, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the same institution, earned in 2001.
