Tom Mosure

Tom Mosure, PE, serves as the Chief Growth Officer at ms consultants, inc. since August 2014, overseeing business development, marketing, corporate development, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Halff Associates from August 2013 to August 2014, and as a Transportation Engineer at the Ohio Department of Transportation from July 2011 to September 2012. Tom initiated the design of Safe Routes to School Projects and managed significant infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in cost estimation and safety improvements. Earlier roles at ms consultants involved contributions to a major $1.2 billion highway project in Columbus. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Global Engineering Leadership from The Ohio State University.
