Sally Kirkwood

Sally Kirkwood is the Director of Operations at MS3 Networks Limited, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Sally served as the Head of Customer Experience at Upp from October 2022 to January 2024, and before that, held roles including Head of Customer Operations at Purebroadband and Service Operations Manager at KCOM. With extensive experience dating back to 2012 in various service management positions, including Customer Experience Manager and Service Manager at KC (KCOM Group), Sally also worked at IBM Global Services as a Service Delivery lead on a significant retail account, managing multiple teams and service delivery aspects. Sally holds a BA Hons degree in Organization Studies from Bradford and Ilkley College, earned between 1996 and 1999.
