Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell is currently serving as the Head of Meteorology at MSC Cruises since September 2024. Prior to this role, Paul was the Chief Meteorologist and Trials Programme Manager at Prismatic Ltd. from September 2022 to September 2024, focusing on the HAPS Aviation sector. Paul’s extensive experience includes a distinguished career with the Royal Navy from May 1988 to October 2022, where roles included Operations Officer and Head of Department as a Senior Aviation Meteorologist and Oceanographer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Meteorology and Oceanography from the University of Plymouth and further training from the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom and Britannia Royal Naval College.
