Katherine Tan

Katherine Tan is an experienced HR manager with extensive expertise in managing a wide range of human resources functions across various companies. Currently serving as a Manager in HR at MSIG Singapore since May 2013, Katherine oversees policy and process review, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee retention, and performance management. Previous roles include Assistant Manager, HR at Tenet Sompo Insurance Pte Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed full-spectrum HR functions, and Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd.
