Neil Walker-Neveras

Neil Walker-Neveras serves as the Chief Talent Officer at M&T Bank since June 2019, bringing extensive expertise in talent and workforce strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Prior to this role, Neil was the Managing Director of Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte from October 2017 to May 2019, where leadership in guiding clients through the Future of Work was paramount. Neil also led enterprise talent and leadership development initiatives at Cognizant, overseeing global teams and strategic D&I initiatives. With a strong foundation in HR leadership and consulting developed over years at Deloitte and Wharton, Neil holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Michigan.
