Nicole Krajna

Nicole Krajna is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Head of Retail Performance Enablement at M&T Bank, a position held since July 2011. Krajna has progressed through various roles within the bank, including Senior Sales Strategy Manager and Retail Sales Support Manager, demonstrating a strong background in retail banking and sales management. Prior to M&T Bank, Krajna gained marketing experience as an intern at Graphic Controls and honed sales expertise as a Sales Consultant for Passport Wines and Spirits. Krajna holds an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Business Management, and Marketing from Canisius University.
