The current leadership team at MTI Equipment has a wide range of previous experiences that they bring to the table. The owner is a USCG Captain who has experience in the charter industry, while the sales manager has a background in roofing. The project manager has experience in homebuilding, and the president has a background in distribution. These diverse experiences give the team a well-rounded perspective on the equipment industry.
