Rachel Byers

Rachel Byers is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at MTI Motion, Rachel develops policies and engages leadership to meet organizational objectives for over 500 employees in the U.S. and Mexico. Rachel's previous roles include serving as a Talent and Human Capital Executive at Chief, a Senior Director of Human Resources at Medline Industries, and a Global Operations People Leader at Dura-Line, among others. Rachel holds advanced degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations and Workforce Development and Training from Loyola University Chicago, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
