Sabinah Ibironke

Sabinah Ibironke has extensive experience in procurement and customer support, currently serving as Senior Lead in Sourcing at MTN since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end procurement process, vendor sourcing, relationship building, and price negotiation. Prior to this role, Sabinah worked at Jumia Group as a Customer Experience & Support Partner, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention, as well as vendor management. Sabinah's career also includes a position as a Procurement Assistant at DealDey Limited, where collaboration and vendor performance monitoring were key duties. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Support Partner at MTN Nigeria, educating customers on products and resolving grievances. Sabinah holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from Ajayi Crowther University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
