Hermann Rauch

Hermann Rauch is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Director at Mubadala since August 2024. Prior experience includes ten years at EQT Partners/EQT AB, culminating in the role of Managing Director from September 2014 to August 2024. Hermann also held the position of Project Manager in M&A at Clariant from April 2012 to August 2014 and worked as an Associate at Greenhill & Co. from June 2008 to March 2012. Hermann began the finance career as a Summer Intern at Rothschild in 2007. Academically, Hermann obtained a BSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2005 and 2008, and completed Matura at BG / BRG Lichtenfelsgasse from 1996 to 2004, along with additional studies at Colegio Eugenio Espejo in 2001-2002, earning a Bac h.c.
