Evan Manolios

Evan Manolios is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services regulation and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at MUFG Pension & Market Services since December 2024, Evan previously held the position of Acting Head of Legal in the Office of the General Counsel at King & Wood Mallesons from August 2016 to November 2024. During tenure at King & Wood Mallesons, Evan specialized in APAC financial services regulation, fintech, and emerging technology, working in both the Sydney and Hong Kong offices. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Lawyer at ANZ, serving as Director and Company Secretary at Arthritis NSW, and working as a Lawyer at Clayton Utz. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from UNSW, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
