Abdul Mukit

Abdul Mukit is a Computer Vision Engineer with a strong background in deep learning, augmented reality, and machine learning applications. Currently at Mujin US since May 2023, Abdul has developed and deployed a pioneering deep learning-assisted robotic vision system for depalletization. Previous experience includes full-stack software development for the Nakamir Augmented Reality Assistant, integrating human pose estimation with Hololens-2, and contributions to the University of Oklahoma, where Abdul developed FDA-approved augmented reality software for surgical planning and enhanced vision software for surgical tool detection. Early career roles involved machine learning solutions for diabetic complications, design of digital baseband processor architecture, and research in wireless power transfer. Abdul holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from United International University.
