Kristen McConnell

Kristen McConnell currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Talent Advisor at Mulberry Talent Partners since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen spent over 25 years at NW Staffing Resources, progressing through various positions including Westside Area Manager, Portland Branch Manager, Account Executive, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities included team leadership, business development, client relationship management, and recruitment strategies. Additionally, Kristen held the position of Legislative Chair at the Oregon Staffing Association in 2015. Kristen holds a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montana, earned between 1991 and 1995.
