Derek Joyce

Derek Joyce currently serves as CEO of XYB since April 2024 and as a Board Member at Mulberry since October 2022. Previously, Derek held the position of COO at Alloy from March to September 2022, operationalizing hyper growth. As President of Bread from February 2020 to November 2021, Derek led the company and was a member of Alliance Data's Operating Committee, contributing to its acquisition by Alliance Data Systems for $450 million. Derek's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Klarna and American Express, where responsibilities spanned global account management, sales, and strategic partnerships. Derek began a career in marketing and project management with positions at MoneyGram International, ULA Group, and MFS Limited. Derek holds a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Griffith University, completed from 2000 to 2003.
