Randy Jensen

Randy Jensen is a Senior Project Advisor at Muller Engineering Company since February 2020, following a brief period of self-employment after retirement in February 2020. Prior to this role, Randy served as the Program Delivery Team Leader at the Federal Highway Administration from November 2009 to August 2019, leading a team responsible for managing project development in Colorado. As the Region Transportation Director for the Colorado Department of Transportation from October 2006 to October 2009, Randy oversaw the delivery of both State and Federal Transportation programs. A career with the Colorado Department of Transportation began in May 1978, culminating in the position of Director of Maintenance and Operations, where responsibilities included managing a large workforce and ensuring compliance with various policies. Randy's extensive experience encompasses all facets of highway maintenance, project management, and collaboration with local agencies, reflecting a strong foundation in leadership and operational oversight. Education has been primarily self-taught since August 1957.
