Vaibhavi Desai

Vaibhavi D. currently serves as the Head of Technical Program Management in the Office of the CTO at Multiplier, having joined in February 2023. Previously, Vaibhavi held multiple roles at Twitter, including Senior Technical Program Manager for APAC Engineering & Data Science, and leadership positions within women-focused initiatives. At Gojek Tech, Vaibhavi was the first Technical Program Manager in the Data organization, leading strategic programs and founding the Employee Resource Group women@gojek. Vaibhavi has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, having developed key educational programs and contributed to policy development. Earlier career roles include program management at Google, where efforts included leading diversity initiatives and scaling machine learning bootcamps, as well as co-founding Bookly Web LLP. Educational credentials include Executive Education in Data Analytics from Cambridge Judge Business School, ongoing Executive Education in Leadership at the Indian School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
