Carlos Rodríguez García

Carlos Rodríguez García is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries, currently serving as the Chief L&H Transformation and Digital Officer at Munich Re, covering Southern Europe and Latin America. Since joining Munich Re in 2011, Carlos has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Innovation and Head of Innovation, focusing on underwriting and claims. Also a co-founder of ReLoäd and Find Your Outfie S.L., Carlos previously worked as an Executive Director at Mundi Lab, an insurance tech acceleration program. Their career began in actuarial roles at RGA and Generali, followed by a managerial position at Groupama. Carlos holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Coolhunting Empresarial and extensive training in digital disruption and actuarial sciences from prestigious institutions.
