Heleen van Zelst

Heleen van Zelst has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Applicatie en functioneel beheerder and Adviseur B at the Klantcontactcentrum for Gemeente Noordwijk since January 2017, after holding the position of Senior medewerker Burgerzaken. Prior to this role, Heleen worked at Gemeente Hillegom from October 2005 to December 2016 as Medewerker Gegevensbeheer, ensuring the accuracy and currency of the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) and advising on complex civil status matters. Earlier experience includes positions at Gemeente Katwijk from May 1994 to October 2005, performing front and back office tasks as Medewerker Publiekszaken and handling financial responsibilities in the Gemeentewerken department. Heleen holds a MEAO degree from 1989 to 1991 and completed HAVO education at Pieter Groen College from 1984 to 1989.
