Michael J. Kennedy

Michael J. Kennedy, MBA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Muscular Dystrophy Association since March 2018, Kennedy has previously held senior financial positions at Alternative Finance Company, iPacesetters, and Cynergy Data, among others. Demonstrating expertise in financial strategy, operational oversight, and capital management, Kennedy has successfully contributed to organizations ranging from start-ups to established enterprises, including significant tenures at MasterCard and American Express in leadership positions throughout Europe and Latin America. Kennedy holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
