Polk Bros Director Of School, Youth, And Community Programs at Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago

Evelyn Sanford-Nicholson, MFA, currently serves as the Polk Bros Associate Director of Learning for School and Youth Communities at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago since September 2021. In addition to this role, Evelyn is a Designer at Evolve Revolt Repeat and the Lead Photographer and Owner of Revelutionary Photography, managing all aspects of the business. As the Owner and Instructor at Pints and Palettes, Evelyn provides mobile BYOB painting classes. Previous experiences include serving as the Director of Programs at Pratt Fine Arts Center, a Teaching Artist and Consultant at Seattle Art Museum, and the Education and Public Programs Director at the Northwest African American Museum. Evelyn's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a BFAAE in Art Education from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
