Seamus Barrett

Seamus Barrett is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in supply chain systems and data migration. Currently serving as a Business/Technical Analyst on the WMS Replacement Project at Musgrave since April 2006, Seamus has successfully led the migration of data for seven warehouses to a new Java-based system. In addition to this role, Seamus has been a Senior Supply Chain IT System Analyst since January 2015, ensuring the stability of supply chain platforms and providing 24/7 support. Previous experience includes positions at CSC Computer Sciences Ireland Ltd as a Senior Analyst/Programmer, where technical specifications and COBOL programming were key responsibilities, as well as roles at Cara Data Processing and the University of Limerick. Seamus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick and a National Certificate in Computing with Distinction from Munster Technological University.
