Summer Discovery changes students’ lives. We’re the world’s most popular pre-college academic enrichment and gifted student program for ages 5 – 17.  We partner with world-class universities such as UCLA, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, and Cambridge to run impactful programs where students learn, have fun, and thrive.  We also run exceptional programs for gifted, academically advanced, and creative learners through Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG).

The Operations Team at Summer Discovery is responsible for the seamless execution of our pre-college academic enrichment programs. This includes coordinating logistics, managing program staffing, overseeing financial operations, ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining academic schedules. By working closely with university partners and internal departments, they ensure an outstanding experience for students and uphold the high standards of our transformative educational offerings.
