Aditya K. serves as the Head of Data Analytics at The Muthoot Group since May 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from prior roles such as AVP at IDFC FIRST Bank and Senior Lead in Analytics, BI, and Capabilities at Bajaj Finserv. With a background in analytics and business intelligence that spans various leadership positions in multiple organizations, Aditya has contributed significantly to strategy development and technology implementation. Educational qualifications include an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Post Graduate Certification in Big Data & Analytics from S P Jain School of Global Management, and an MBA in Finance from Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial and Management Studies. Aditya also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nagpur University.
