Talia Kirschbaum is an investment associate at MVM Partners. Talia was previously a senior analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2019 to April 2021. From April 2017 to August 2019, Talia was a biomedical engineering design team member at The Johns Hopkins University. From June 2016 to August 2016, Talia was a summer research scholar at Harvard Medical School, investigating the effect of nociceptor neurons on bacterial host defense during acute lung infection. Talia also performed immunological analysis through a variety of techniques, including ELISA and flow cytometry. Additionally, Talia expanded their overall knowledge of the immune system through lectures from Harvard professors. From January 2017 to January 2018, Talia was an undergraduate research assistant at Mao Research Group at Johns Hopkins University. Finally, from April 2016 to September 2018, Talia was the design lead and co-founder of AssistENT, a company that provides affordable earplugs to people with ENT disorders.

Talia Kirschbaum attended Nashoba Regional High School and graduated with a high school diploma. Talia then went on to attend The Johns Hopkins University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
