Candace Lee

Candace Lee is a highly experienced legal professional serving as Counsel at MVP Health Care since May 2021, where responsibilities include negotiating provider agreements, representing the organization in Medicaid hearings, and advising on compliance issues. In addition to this role, Candace has made history as the first Asian American Town Councilwoman for Penfield since January 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP, General Counsel for iCircle Services, and Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, where significant expertise in trial law and litigation was developed. An alumna of the University of California, Davis - School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Candace is committed to public service and legal advocacy.
