Michael Farrell

Michael Farrell is an accomplished talent acquisition and human capital professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Engagement Director, Senior Consultant, and Advisor at MXA Talent Solutions, Michael focuses on building optimal talent attraction models. Previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Cox Enterprises, where Michael contributed to the recruitment strategies of a $22 billion global company, and Director of Talent Acquisition for Coca-Cola North America, overseeing recruiting efforts for a global beverage leader. Additional experience includes directorships at Chicago Public Schools and Sears Holdings Corporation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
