Brandy Hernandez

Brandy Hernandez is a dedicated film and communications professional with extensive experience in the film industry and voter engagement. Currently serving as a Film Festival Assistant at The MY HERO Project since March 2022, Brandy manages communications with filmmakers and festival participants. Previous roles include phone banking for APIAVote to engage AAPI voters for the 2024 elections, several internships focused on script reading and development at organizations such as American High, El Estudio, and MoJo Global Arts, and serving as a Brand Ambassador for thredUP. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing for Screen and Television from the University of Southern California, further enhancing expertise in the entertainment field.
