Over 10 years in health & wellness through Yoga & movement. Two sisters venture to create a beautiful, spacious, fun loving community space for students to grow though Yoga.

It started as a single studio, Hot Yoga Dublin (HYD), which expended in 2016 to include Yoga Next Door, a new non-heat yoga studio, and again in 2019 to include a dedicated Pilates studio. Providing you with three bespoke studio options, all at the one location. 

Currently we have moved our studio online, offering you the best Yoga and Pilates online classes, anytime, anywhere to suit you best.

To teach yoga, to help you become open in both body & mind, to help you see your strengths, to help you find your inner spark, to help you become flexible in your life (both body & mind) to give back, to believe in yourself, to be open to possibilities and let yourself dance, to share our passion, love and knowledge of our practice and to show you that you can provide yourself a safe, supportive and comfortable community to do it with!

We strive to provide a variety of classes to include all body forms, the spectrum of young to older, mobile to less mobile, pre & post-natal…in a few words Yoga & Pilates for everybody.

Our corporate wellness packages have been supporting companies and business in providing their employees with bespoke, first class, interactive Yoga, Pilates & mindfulness classes. All of which have now moved online to continue to provide your teams with the space they need to keep the body and mind healthy.
