Duane Friesen

Duane Friesen is a Principal Consultant at Myers-Holum. Prior to joining Myers-Holum, Duane was an ERP Solutions and Implementation Consultant at Eagle Business Software from January 2008 to October 2021. At Eagle Business Software, Duane was responsible for targeting mid-size companies in need of more robust ERP solutions due to rapid growth, significant amount of inventory, and system gaps. Duane also designed and delivered custom and standard solutions for clients, directed 5 to 8 engagements at one time at different stages and levels of complexity, tested and verified newly integrated solutions to ensure they met customer specifications, attended weekly design meetings and proposed new features or ways to refine existing features, and trained and educated clients and junior employees.

During their time at Eagle Business Software, Duane achieved client satisfaction and generated referral business by providing top notch customer service and translating the client needs into action and solutions. Duane also consistently surpassed challenging clients expectations by demonstrating outstanding conflict resolution, communication skills, and displaying an unwavering drive to ensure solution quality and delivery based on the established timeline, budget, and scope.
