Maurice Timmermans

Maurice Timmermans has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maurice started their career as a Sales Executive at Start People from September 2008 to January 2011. Maurice then worked as a Sales Engineer at Omron Industrial Automation Europe from October 2013 to March 2014. Maurice then ventured into business ownership, serving as the Owner of AMBITION Sports from December 2015 to August 2018. Maurice also founded and owned MBT Project Booster starting in May 2022. In between their entrepreneurial pursuits, Maurice held various positions at MYLAPS Sports Technology. Maurice served as the Business Development Manager EMEA from February 2014 to January 2016, the Regional Manager Asia Pacific from December 2015 to May 2018, and the Global Commercial Director - Active Sports from April 2018 to October 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Equine Technology at MYLAPS Sports Technology, a role they assumed in October 2020.

Maurice Timmermans has a diverse education history. Maurice completed a Project Management course at Growth Tribe in 2022-2023. In 2019, they attended de Baak for a Management van Mensen program. Maurice'sundergraduate studies were at the University of Applied Sciences Inholland from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, Maurice studied International Business and Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Maurice has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Management Innovation from Copenhagen Business School in 2017, Industrial Automation SSC from Omron Industrial Automation Europe in 2013, SEU Diploma from SEU - Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche in 2008, and Sales Management from Pieterman Group International in 2014.
