Federica Gasparini

Federica Gasparini is a Digital Transition Specialist at Mylia Advancing Humanity since January 2023, building on a diverse background that includes positions such as PMO Transformation Office at The Adecco Group and multiple roles as Branch Manager and Responsabile Commerciale at Adecco. Federica participated in the International Future Leaders program, enhancing leadership skills within the Adecco Group. Prior experience as a Research Assistant at the Australian Center for Independent Journalism contributed to the publication of a report on climate change policy in 2011. Academically, Federica holds a Laurea Magistrale and Laurea Triennale in Scienze Internazionali e Diplomatiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Affari e relazioni internazionali from the University of Technology Sydney.
