Elena Bautista

Elena Bautista is an experienced Solutions Designer currently at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) since April 2022, where responsibilities include the development and delivery of products, facilitation of product specifications, and collaboration with Product Owners and Technology Leads. Prior to GCash, Elena held the Solutions Designer position at Collabera Inc. from June 2021 to March 2022. With a long tenure at AIG from June 2010 to March 2021, Elena progressed from a Business Systems Analyst to various lead roles, focusing on sanctions screening, desktop automation, and project implementations across multiple regions. Elena began a career in the e-Service sector as Senior Business Analyst and Head of the e-Service Department at Prudentialife Plans, Inc. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines.
