Jessica Wong is a skilled physiotherapist currently employed at Myodetox since October 2019, where responsibilities include providing rehabilitation plans for over 45 clients weekly, focusing on musculoskeletal and golf injury-related issues. Jessica also mentors UBC Physiotherapy students as a Clinical Educator. Previous experience includes a short tenure as a Student Physical Therapist at Active Recovery Physiotherapy & Hand Clinic, working with various post-operation and musculoskeletal cases, and a role at UBC Bodyworks Fitness Centre, where fitness programs were designed for clients with chronic diseases. In addition, Jessica volunteered as a Student Physical Therapist in Sri Lanka, offering rehabilitative services to rural communities, and served as a Group Exercise Leader at LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the same institution.
