Nick Apps is a seasoned programme management consultant with extensive expertise in large-scale strategic business transformation and change delivery. Currently serving as Programme Director at Proteus since November 2024, Nick has held senior roles at Muuto Consulting and Huntsman Transformation Ltd., among others. Previous positions include key leadership roles at Deloitte, The AA, AXA UK, Hiscox, Barclays, HSBC, and Nationwide Building Society, focusing on various transformation and change initiatives across the financial services sector. Nick's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Certificate from The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by military leadership training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
