Kate McGinnis

Kate McGinnis is an experienced product designer with a strong background in educational and language instruction. Currently serving at Mystery.org since April 2020, Kate previously refined skills at Tradecraft by leading end-to-end projects for early-stage startups, including the creation of a digital achievement system and innovative features for B2C SaaS platforms. Kate's earlier roles include an internship at Common Sense Media, where research and content creation were key, and a span of more than five years as a Lower School Spanish Teacher at The Hamlin School, developing comprehensive curricula and integrating educational technology. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree from Barnard College and two Master's Degrees in Spanish and Bilingual Education from New York University and Southern Methodist University, respectively.
