Ramiro Criach

Ramiro Criach is an experienced energy consultant and project manager currently affiliated with N-SIDE since January 2022, managing projects such as N-SIDE's Market Management System and Nordic's Dynamic Reserve Dimensioning while also consulting on R&D projects related to forecasting, machine learning, and optimization for Transmission System Operators (TSOs). Previously, Ramiro worked as a researcher at DataOptima Lab from October 2020 to December 2021, focusing on the development of machine learning models to enhance energy consumption predictions and optimizations for buildings. Ramiro also has experience in the nuclear industry, having contributed to the RA-10 nuclear reactor project at CNEA between August 2018 and June 2019, where modeling of a metal-to-metal seal was performed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Ramiro holds a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Balseiro.
