Gregory Crossland has extensive experience in human resources within the drilling industry, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Nabors Industries since December 2019. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at NABORS DRILLING USA and Human Resources Manager at both Nabors Drilling Solutions and Ryan Directional Services. Crossland's career began at Superior Well Services, where a position as Human Resources Manager transitioned into the company being acquired by Nabors Industries. Crossland holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
