Vinay Battappady

Vinay Battappady is a seasoned professional in digital operations and automation, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Digital Operations at Nabors Industries since January 2022, while also holding the position of Sr. Application Development Manager at RigCLOUD since August 2021. Prior experience at Nabors Industries includes roles as Sr. Manager and Manager of Controls and Automation from October 2015 to August 2021. Vinay's career began as an Engineer at Marine Electricals and as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at TATA Power, followed by a role as Controls Engineer at Infodat and a Technical Lead position at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. Vinay holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
