Briana Richards

Briana Richards currently serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, a position held since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at DDC Public Affairs, where Briana was Vice President of Human Resources and held various other positions including Human Resources Director and Manager from May 2017 to March 2024. At Catapult Consultants, from November 2012 to May 2017, Briana functioned as the Manager of Human Resources, overseeing employee benefit negotiations, compliance, and recruitment processes. Briana holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with an emphasis on International Studies from The University of Kansas.
