Marcus Brown

Marcus Brown is an experienced HCM Payroll Consultant at Namos Solutions since June 2022, previously serving as Payroll, Time and Absence Implementation Lead at Wood from June 2013 to June 2022. In the latter role, Marcus led a sub-team within the E-Business Implementation project, focusing on Payroll, Time, and Absence modules primarily using Oracle HCM. Notable projects included a successful E-business suite upgrade for a medium-sized company in St. John's, Canada, and onboarding a smaller company into the parent company's HCM suite in Hull, UK. Marcus has held various positions in project management, functional analysis, and Oracle implementation, contributing significantly to the streamlining and support of Oracle systems across different levels within Wood.
